Covert Surveillance Operations

Surveillance & Observation

Further to the intelligence gathering phases, a useful tool to identify a subjects' type of lifestyle and daily routine is to utilise a covert surveillance team of operatives to gather intelligence on a subjects daily pattern and/or movement from an identified addresses.

A surveillance team can be deployed to monitor the subject and ascertain the subject's lifestyle profile. Our operatives will covertly monitor the subject throughout their daily routine. All movements will be documented in a comprehensive report to include images and/or video of locations and/or any third parties the subject meets. Our surveillance team are flexible and have the capability to email images from the surveillance, of the subject and who the subject meets throughout the day. Our surveillance team can also be instructed to follow any interested parties the subject meets in order to identify them. (if necessary).

A covert surveillance vehicle such as a surveillance van can be ulitised to obtain covert video/still photographs of anyone entering/exiting a known address of interest.

Reporting

All findings will be documented in comprehensive Surveillance Reports. Our findings will include images and an edited time/date stamped DVD of all evidence gathered. Our reports are written in a legally presentable format admissible in any court proceedings.

The team leader will regularly update you throughout the course of the surveillance operation with findings and further recommendations.

Surveillance operations are always conducted in accordance with the following Acts:

Human Right Act 1998
Right to Respect for Private and Family Life (Article 8.1)
Regulations of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA)
Protection from Harassment Act 1997, chapter 40.

Our investigation will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of RIPA - The Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, thus ensuring the evidence gathered by us will be available for submission in any future court proceedings.
