A Background Check encompasses an individual's lifestyle and employment, and can provide invaluable evidence in legal proceedings.
Surveillance
Our surveillance teams are equipped with time and dated digital photographic and video cameras. We also use miniature video and audio recording equipment for covert use, for example to gain evidence of a meeting when the subject is followed into a hotel or restaurant.
Lifestyle checks can be carried out to look into an individual’s background, invaluable when looking into means testing.
We will carry out employment checks to find out whether an individual is currently working, their employment history and whether they are employed or self-employed.
In divorce cases, we are often tasked to carry out enquiries into a person’s circumstances; means testing. Background enquiries combined with covert surveillance techniques will identify an individual’s private, work and financial status: evidence that can be used in any legal proceedings.
